Couper les piments en petits morceaux, hacher l’oignon et faire revenir le tout avec un peu d’huile jusqu’à la consistance voulue (encore craquant ou bien fondant 😉 )Battez les œufs et incorporez les piments et l’oignon.Faire chauffer à feu doux une poêle huilée au préalable puis y mettre votre préparation.Retourner l’omelette à l’aide d’une assiette que vous poserez sur votre poêle avant de la retourner. Remettre l’omelette dans la poêle et laisser cuire quelques minutes.
